This Trick Tab is cut from 10Ga. steel plate, has a 9/16" hole standard or can be ordered with no hole, and welds onto 1 1/2" round tube with 45 degree wings each side that are cut to fit around the tube. You won't find a stronger tab to hold up to the most extreme conditions.
